During our time together, I will share my research and the best practices I've witnessed, as an expert on career development and progression of high-potential leaders on their company's succession plan.

How long is the time commitment? ​
The intensive will be 3 sessions per week for two weeks.  We will also have a Circle check-in 30-days after the final session.
